IronFX Cards are prepaid MasterCard in USD or EUR and Shanghai Union Pay in USD. These exclusive prepaid cards link to your trading account(s) allowing you to withdraw funds anywhere in the world and pay for goods and services online.
1.  Am I Eligible For An IronFX Card?
  The IronFX Cards are available to account holders with a combined total balance of $2500+.
  If your balance is below this amount you are welcome to deposit more funds in order to qualify.
  The IronFX Cards are available to our active IBs (Introducing Brokers) with no minimum balance requirement.
  Customers may apply for one per each type of cards ( MasterCard in USD, MasterCard in EUR and Shanghai Union Pay in USD )

3. Do I need to keep a minimum balance on the card?
Yes, you need to maintain a minimum balance of $10 USD on your IronFX Card. This requirement was introduced on all E-Money Accounts as of the 1st of September 2006. The purpose is to cover bank charges like balance inquiries, conversion fees, cash withdrawal fees etc. By maintaining this balance on your account the possibility of the account going into a negative balance is reduced. It is against e-Money regulations to have negative balances on accounts and it is for this reason that the minimum balance is mandatory.
·    Cards with negative balance and no activity for more than 3 months will be blocked. If you request to reactivate your card and fund it the negative amount will be deducted from your balance.

  1. 5.What is the ATM exchange rate when using the card to withdraw a different currency?
The Forex markup rate is 3.95% (with both currencies – USD and EUR).
  1. 6.Can the Cards be used at any ATM?
The IronFX Card can be used at all ATMs displaying the MasterCard logo. The IronFX Shanghai card can be used on all ATMs displaying the China Union Pay logo.
  1. 7.Can be the PIN changed through the ATM?
The PIN cannot be changed at the ATM, it can be replaced if lost or forgotten by sending a request to the Helpdesk atqueries@csc24seven.com. This is for security purposes and the protection of your funds.
  1. 8. How do I increase the limitation of my Card
If you want to increase the limit on your card then you can email the CSC24Seven.com Helpdesk atqueries@csc24seven.com and request your desired limit and reason for increase. All cards have limits in order to reduce risk so it is not possible to have a card without limits.
